Bananas for Banana Bread

I wanted to share one of my favorite banana bread recipes with everyone as it is calorie friendly, very filling, easy to make, and tasty.

Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup egg whites
2 medium size bananas
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup stevia
1 2/3 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
cooking spray
Directions:
1) Combine egg whites, melted butter and stevia together and mix until smooth. 2) Mash bananas until most of the lumps are gone and then mix bananas with the egg white mixture. 3) Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt---mix thoroughly, and then stir into the liquid mixture until the batter becomes smooth. 4) Coat a bread pan with non-stick cook spray and add contents. 5) Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes (until the middle of the product no longer sticks when a toothpick is pressed into the middle of it).
